"This is probably the most raggedy pharmacy in the state. I’m surprised they’re allowed to operate. They rarely answer phones; they flat out lie about prescriptions; the wait times are outrageous. I’ve spent 3 hours today waiting to get a prescription filled, and now they say it’ll be an additional two hours to update the insurance. I’m taking over the counter drugs to manage pain while I wait for Walgreens to actually operate."
"WORST PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They never answer the phone, put you on hold for HOURS, then HANG UP ON YOU! Even the store manager can't get them to answer the phones. This is the worst feeling when you and your family are sick and urgently need to speak to a pharmacist. This happened on two occasions. This is not acceptable, and corporate has been notified!"
