"I had the most amazing experience with Tracy at the pharmacy. She made sure my manufacturers coupon worked and went above and beyond to help me. She’s an expert at insurance codes and keeping the peace. I believe she should be promoted to President of Walgreens. Thank you Tracy for making my day and my life easier."

"I don't know what genius came up with the new way to shop but it's pretty darn bad. If all Walgreens are going this route then my business will start going to CVS. The store looks like a doctor's office with a lot of wasted space and a very limited selection of goods. Maybe this is a sign that Walgreens is about to go out of business and this is the last ditch effort to stay afloat."

"The worst Walgreens ever. There was a black employee who deliberately gave others priority to get medicines. We were first on the waiting list but we waited for 35 minutes and it was still not our turn. On the contrary, people who just came 5 minutes ago can get their medicine immediately. I had to stop her from doing this. Ironically, it only took me three minutes to get my own medicine. This was all a personal act of racism by this black female employee."

"Very disorganized. They had two pharmacist, along with four pharmacy technicians working at the same time, yet there were people in the lobby who had been waiting for their medications for over three hours. I arrived on 10/6/23 for my annual vaccinations, and waited over an hour just to be given two shots that took less than two mins to administer. I will never return to this store."

"The upgrades look nice and I hope the new pharmacy check-in kiosk helps things stay efficient. Since I was the only one it was hard to tell. They do need a sign saying “check-in here first” or something because when I got to the counter the pharmacy tech had to tell me to go back over to the kiosk and and check-in there first. Would also be great to have hand sanitizer or at least screen wipes at the kiosk because I imagine over time and throughout the day it is going to be germy or gross. I also wish the pharmacy was open later but I do appreciate every estimate pick up time has had my Rx ready a day earlier than expected so they are quick."
