"I am pretty sad to have to post a one star, yet I called to order a funeral spray, and she was so rude to me when I had questions about adding Red to a spray. I then asked about ensuring it. It looked as full as the photo, if that was the correct price. And she actually said we do our best and hung up on me!"

"Ordered a plant/blooming arrangment combo shown on their website to be deivered and picked the "better" version. Total $78. What arrived could have been purchased for $25 at Rouses. Not a single bloom in sight, not even baby's breath. When I called and talked to the Owner, she stated she gave what was comparable, was pleased with her work because she put the plants in a much nicer planter and didn't seem to care that I really wanted the VISUAL blooms. I invoked her "GUARANTEE" as stated on the website, in writing and never heard a word. NEVER AGAIN. As much as I want to promote local businesses, this isn't one of them."

"The worst experience ever!!!!!!! Ive never been married, i had to order 2 corsages, my bouquet, and boutineere for my husband, I walked in and explained the color i wanted of the bouquet and boutineer. Karen said she could do it for me w the flower i picked. She went over the details of what it would look like and what she would do to make every detail perfect for my day. I placed the order in april, i received a call in june the weekend before my wedding ,she asked for the other half of payment and then asked me if i remembered my order, what type of flower and the details it was supposed to have on the flower bouquet, silk bouquet and boutineer I might add.,i told her the general details and asked why am i having to explain the order to her, her reply was this order was placed 2 month's ago i can't remember this, i was mindblown! My mother dealt with her after the phone call because she hung up on me, very rude, and even after my mother placed the exact order with the exact details she still had everything incorrect. I do not recommend ordering anything from there."

"I wasn't going to write a review until my mother, who was happy with her flowers, sent me a picture. The "you're precious bouquet" is what I ordered (see pic). The other bouquet is what she received. Seems like she got more greenery than she got flowers. Pathetic!"
