"Just treated like I was an inconvenience and an idiot by a cashier workI named Connie. I know 25% isn't a lot to some people but I saw my item rang up full price and I asked if it took my percentage off and Connie said that it did but doesn't always show on the screen. I was like ok. So after I normally don't wait for my receipt but did this time. I saw it was full price. So I waited at the side until she had a min in between customers. And I was just kindly letting her know it didn't take it off my item. She proceeds to huff about it and had an attitude and she said so how much do I owe you like 75 cents and she gets it out of the register and puts it in my hand and just starts taking care of the next person. I get your busy. But I am treating you with respect at least treat me with the same. And the math was still wrong. It was actually like 93 cents. But the money at this point wasn't a concern. The concern was your in a customer service industry. Let's act like it. Because yes I was a Customer Service Manager and I wouldn't let my employees act like that no matter what. I just walked strait away and decided I needed to write this review. This location has changed a lot of people and they have had great people. But all it takes one bad attitude."

"They've been having a lot of out of stock items, but I don't think that's on them due to shortages. But I always go there because I love the employees and they make it worth the trip."

"Store is always out of stock or carts filled over with merchandise setting in everyones way and no one in the store stocking? Look you can't check out customer's and stock shelf's! I'm sick and tired of driving to another dog location to get what I need. This store is fairly new yet it sucks."

"I went to use my Saturday coupon and used the app. My total after coupons would have been 20.06. I let the cashier know and she refused to make it right. Once I was in the car i noticed she had not taken the $5 coupon off. I will not be using this store because they do not car to listen. She seemed to be to busy on her phone."

"Went into my local Dollar General to get some items quick, must have had at least 6 employees working and still had to wait in the check out lane, 3 associates behind the counter and not one could open a second check out to speed the process up. I got home and noticed that they added .77 cents for something called literacy donation, I don't mind donating but ask first don't just assume everyone cares about the ignorant kids in this country that have parents smoking crack never once was I asked if I would like to donate also i bought (3) 12 packs of Coke and I was charged 5.10 for each one, the sign read 3 for 11 dollars. It looks like their EEOC hiring practices are working well for them. Hire competent people not employees who look like they work there trying to make enough cash for their next score."
