"On my first walk in order I would have given her five stars. So I ordered a funeral arrangement online. It was beautiful except the 3 roses were not fresh. They had brown spots. The other flowers were fine. I was embarrassed and very disappointed. I will give her walk in business again but not order for something in advance to be delivered."

"My daughter ordered me flowers for my birthday. They were really bad. I could have picked up a $8.00 bouquet from Walmart and come out better. I hate she wasted her money. Can't say enough about how poor quality the flowers were and looks like they just shoved them in a vase. I tried to call to speak with them instead of leaving a review. They don't answer and the voicemail has not been set up. I was not surprised. Just don't do it. ."

Teleflora needs to rethink using this business! Also when I tried to call them both numbers only take messages and the mailboxes had not been set up! Disaster all around!!"

"It’s the only florist who promised to deliver on Valentine’s Day. However, they didn’t deliver on Valentine’s Day and tried to make it up saying that they tried to deliver at 8 pm however I was not in my office, not even giving me a call. That’s ridiculous. I asked who delivered flowers at 8 pm without even let the customer expecting they are coming at 8 pm and she said they always do and are not supposed to call customers. She paid the delivery lady, so I’m not going to get the refund. It’s like once you pay, you may not receive your flowers, they don’t care, and you will not get a refund as well. Be super careful. The ladies there are super rude. I even doubt they actually have the license to run their business. Very unprofessional. Be super careful with them and try to avoid as much as you can."
