"restrooms are always out of order! staff is rude and refuses to accommodate. Lines are always ridiculously long and although they have three check out lines its always only one open. walgreens need to seriously invest in self checkout"
"I wish I could leave 0 stars for the pharmacy staff. Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Zero urgency or regard for customers’ experiences. It’s like they are their own world. They do their own thing at their own pace & literally do not care how long of a wait you have. I was also told 3 different times for picking up my baby’s meds… which meant 3 separate trips to the store. SMH. Absolutely horrible. I will not be back & don’t encourage others to either."
