"February 4, 2024 The Pharmacy is in top shape with the new foreign norm pharmacist from perhaps Africa. He has updated the internet response and it's great to get a comprehensive review of the drugs available to be picked up. Save me trips to the store. However, I don't think the pharmacist is in compliance with Federal agenda, gender equality. He does a real noticeable difference and makes the staff work, while he handled phone calls and customers when he started out. He was a bit nippy. Yesterday a foreign-born Eastern European --- 30ish female clerk, became over-bearing on complimenting my pink crystal earrings. I didn't think she was sincere. She also made me wait to use the bathroom, after asking how to apply a $20 credit. She claimed she gave me a $20 credit, but I couldn't see it on the receipt (?). October 9-10, 2023: Now known as the X, formerly known as Walgreens, needs to appropriately staff its stores. Further, the store owes Goodwill bonuses to the employees who put up with impossible demand placing volume above quality and safety. Now consumers know the employees were squeezed and had to strike for relief. Good for them. It had to hurt some unable to get their meds. September 30, 2023, I made an appointment for the COVID BOOSTER SHOT and a Whooping Cough shot. I am being used by Jumping Spiders who need to bite me. The Exterminator has treated my apartment, but I have been bitten again 15 days later and need a re-treatment. Sources say to get a Tetanus shot if you haven't had one recently. The Managing Pharmacist, Rachel, counts out your opioids if the medication comes prior the Insurance deadline. Once past that date your medication for pain is available. Around lunch hour the line for picking up medication is long. And then there is a lull. What I like about Walgreens when the help is my race, I usually have no communication or attitude problem, that some Asian and Latin men can dish out. Sorry guys! Migrants in front of Wilson Avenue Walgreens and Staples are again carrying signs. The adults are well-behaved. __________________ On September 1 2023, I finally picked up 2 prescriptions. I also ordered a third, but that was not processed. I waited 30 to 45 minutes before it was ready. What's the sense in ordering days beforehand? I counted the tablets and capsules and it was correct. On August 30, 2023, I reached the Pharmacy and added another prescription to the others I am to pick it up August 31, 2023. But I didn't. I grocery shopped on Wednesday the 30th. With my Spinal Stenosis I need to stay in bed the following day. I had an extreme case of Restless Leg Syndrome and again on Thursday. On August 28, 2023, this morning, I placed my order, but no on-line orders at 4:05 am. On August 27, 2023, I phoned Walgreens 4 times. The 2nd time Nathan answered and after I provided my birthdate and my name, he kept me waiting, having some difficulty. He didn't say. I phoned back and was hung up without reaching the direct operator and couldn't order on the phone app earlier. I would change, but I have difficulties with foreign born help and being pressured to buy in CVS. Mariano's help is too green and young. Osco lost an opioid prescription harming me from Oct. 14 to Oct. 31, 2022 when P.O. found it on Halloween? $$$"

"My partner and I recently went to this Walgreens to get some travel vaccines ahead of an upcoming trip. We were both extremely impressed with the customer service that the Pharmacy Technician, Nathan, provided. He made us feel comfortable, supported, and helped tremendously when some insurance coverage questions arose. He made our experience a 10/10, and we appreciated all his help."

"DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS TO PRINT ANYTHING. I have never not had an issue with the printing department from them losing my documents to them taking hours to print a single photo. The icing on the cake was they simply refused my service today for no reason. I will never be using Walgreens again"

"My girlfriend and I went in to receive our COVID booster shots and had a really great experience. Our pharmacy technician Nathan (who deserves an ENORMOUS shout out) was incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful. Our check-in was quick, and we were taken back for our vaccines after very little wait. Nathan went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable and at ease, and was great to talk to. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with the team at this Walgreens and will certainly be coming back to this location for future appointments. And once again, I want to thank our pharmacy technician Nathan for being so great to work with!!"

"Had an appointment to get 2 vaccinations here, unfortunately I found out my insurance did not cover one of them but the taking care of me at the pharmacy was able to get me a voucher to cover the cost of a flu shot! That is above and beyond what I expected. I also witnessed the store manager coming in and all the workers seemed to be very happy to see him - the lady helping me out mentioned that he was a great manager and it’s very heartwarming to see. There seemed to be positivity all around and i love supporting a healthy workplace like this one."
