It was by happenstance and perhaps fate that I knew the manager here from a prior time in my life and I am certainly glad he got me on board and introduced me to what is like to do business with a community bank. Prior to Citizens I banked with a large big name bank and although I liked the individual employees at the branches there were some tough and every changing policies and it was often more difficult than I felt it should be to get the solutions I needed to with business banking issues. The person in charge of that was super communicative on point with getting us equipped and running and frankly to the point I really feel valued by this bank. Not only have they laid out a myriad of services to me that they can provide (way more than one would think!) but they have been instrumental in accomplishing a goal of mine to have greater flexability in paying my customers, as well as getting paid.
