"This is the worst pharmacy ever. They can never find our prescriptions, they always say it’s at another location and to call our insurance to see where it’s at. Our insurance always says it’s AT THIS LOCATION but the people working can never find it. Got me thinking THESE EMPLOYEES STEALING certain medications, because before my grandpa had passed away he needed some hard narcotics, went to pick them up and they “couldn’t find them” as they were looking in EVERY SINGLE BIN BESIDES THE ONE I saw my grandpas prescriptions in. We have the same issue getting our ADHD meds as well. I know those medications are a big seller on the streets due to people wanting to get high or lose weight, so I really hope these employees aren’t stealing supplies."

"I called yesterday and was left on hold for a long period of time then someone picked up the phone, then hung it up! I called right back, someone answered " Walgreens please hold" left me on hold for another long period of time. The call was finally answered and my Rx question was answered after being on hold and hung up on for nearly an hour! I picked up my prescription today and I informed the lady I had questions for the Pharmacist, she said said the Pharmacist will come, she walked away left me in the drive through someone comes on the speakerphone and say " Can I help you and I said this is my 1st time taking this medication, I'm waiting to speak with a Pharmacist she says I am the Pharmacist I then said well can you come to the window, she said no I have to stay in my station, the voice sounded the same as the person who had just left the window I dont know if I was truly speakingwith a Pharmacistor not!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"Some Employees are not to helpful or friendly. Pharmacy is a mess..not to much help and calling the pharmacy is horrible because they never answer..or if they answer the phone right of way put you on hold and they hung up you."

"Slowest pharmacy in Walgreens history. They'll frequently have lines 10-15 people deep. Expect to stand in line for 20 minutes. Completely unacceptable. Old people have likely died of old age waiting in line. Review updated with picture of typical drive-thru line. This is after 15 minutes of waiting. Line hasn't moved at all. Now 3 more cars behind me. Normally I would gladly drive even half hour out of my way to go to any other pharmacy, have generally switched to CVS lately as even the slowest CVS is usually faster than the average Walgreens. Unfortunately certain people/doctors mistakenly call stuff in here. I wonder if I've committed some unspeakable evil in a previous life in order to deserve a visit to this Walgreens. Please, have some humanity, think of the children, etc. Don't even send your worst enemy to this location. I think the car 3 ahead of me has a skeleton at the wheel, Covered in cobwebs."
