"I am and was very sick my doctor sent my prescriptions to my local Walgreens. The drive took a hour plus. When I came to pickup my medicine I was told my insurance only cover 1 of 2 medications . Which was ok, I told the person at the drive-thur I'd pay cash. I received 2 call yesterday evening stating my meds were ready. I call today before going, just to check. And of course the uncovered prescription wasn't filled. That's going on at this store there's always a problem. And sadly when I spoke to the person filling the prescription he left me the call live so I couldn't give my feedback."

"I went to ask about my INSULIN that should have been ready last week this morning and the Pharmacist on duty began hollering at me as if l was a child, refusing to answer my questions in a dignified manner....l NEED my INSULIN...l can die without it... you guys have the publics lives in your hands, there is truly no words.. and yet WE allows this in our Community."

"I was EXTREMELY satisfied with this 24/7 hour Walgreen’s Store/Pharmacy…!!! I was blessed to have the employer’s offer me help with finding one of the item’s that I was shopping for on a Shop&Deliver Order from UberEats, I believe…!!! This Walgreen’s was clean, the staff were amazing and the selection of items were just OUTSTANDING…!!! I am very glad that I went to this location, as I have been wanting to get in touch with corporate over a few other South Side of Chicago, Illinois Walgreen’s locations that have completely humiliated me, used profanities at me, made comments and racial slurs, with the assumption that i am Caucasian and I have been accused of wrong doing, &. Fruit SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HURT BY THE WAY IN WHICH I FELT BY THE MANAGEMENT @the other locations and I am SOOOO lucky that I do have the discriminatory treatment and the epitome of unprofessional and downright degrading and demeaning behavior’s, especially from one of the Assistant Manager’s handed, “Arnelle” from the small and older Walgreen’s location on 87th and Stony Island, on the LEFT HAND SIDE OF 87th Street of you are traveling East on 87th…!!!"
