"I am trying to receive a package that requires a signature from UPS. I work day shift and ups will not let me make any changes to delivery without a '"My choice"account and my choice says there is alrea6an account registered to this address. They are scheduled to return Monday between 12:00 and 2:00 I told them I will not be home until 4:00 tried to get the mychoice issue fixed and their tech support guy told me I had to find out who has my address linked to their account ànd ask the to remove it. I asked if the could go ahead and return to sender now so I can come up with another way to get it. I was told they will attempt delivery four more time before they will return it. In the future I will pay whatever extra I have to to make sure ups never makes another delivery to my address"
