"Being a commercial driver, the 5 loads my company assigned me from XPO's boards have been a disaster. Wrong appointment times, missing inbound or outbound shipping numbers for companies like Volkswagen and Honda. It's no wonder their losing respect from so many companies."

"When I made my order (with a third party who chose to use XPO logistics for the final mile provider) it stated my order would be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date it was received by XPO. XPO received my order on 3/1. On 3/2 I called to schedule delivery and they are stating they cannot deliver until APRIL! This isn’t acceptable. For several days I’ve been told someone will call me back and see what they can do. I also called the company I ordered from and they also submitted a “ticket” to get this resolved. I continue using to get automated emails and calls telling me to call them and when I do they say I need to wait until the warehouse calls. I can understand some delays but a total 6 week shipping g time frame when I’m 90 minutes away is unacceptable, when I was told 3 days. I even asked if I could come get it and get a refund of shipping costs but they stated they could not assist me in that."

"XPO was the worst shipping experience that we've ever had. For a logistic company, XPO was terrible at their job. Everything they said they would do, they did not deliver. They said that our package would be delivered in early December. We didn't receive it until January. Our item stayed in their warehouse for over a month. XPO rescheduled 3 times due to fault of their own (the delivery truck simply didn't finish the route (without calling us), they "only came to [our] neighborhood twice every week", etc.). We respected the scheduled time and ended up patiently waited for 4 - 5 hours every time because we understood that December must have been a crazy shipping month. We were stood up every time without getting a courtesy call. Every time we called to inquire about the missed delivery, they were not apologetic, and ultimately did not take any additional action to fix the issues. When they finally made the delivery (after standing us up multiple times), they did not call us 30 minutes before delivery, as they previously told us. They never texted or sent an email that it was delivered. We arrived home finding that our package had sat in the rain for a few hours."
