"Drive thru is way too slow. Once you get help the service is good, but the wait even when their aren't a lot of cars.....you could write a novel. But I think they know this already, which is sad."

"Been going their for years. And recently this place has got horrible. The only prompt and courteous ones are Joe and Shiela. They left me sitting in drive threw for 20 mins after helping someone else just walked away. And they saw me, no hey well be back, nothing. Then when I press button and ask I get a attitude from the guy. Then when lady finally comes back they help someone else that was their after me. And laugh while their doing it! Horrible horrible customer service! You are a bank. You literally have my money I work hard for. I do alot of business with US Bank. I will be rethinking this."

"Don’t go to the one in homewood…. I was on my way home because I wasn’t going to make it to the on one Torrence. So I stop at to make a simple deposit I was in the drive threw line for like for about 8 to10 minutes! When I finally got to the window they the took the transport cup away from me, and rudely told me it was closed. Even though I told them I was there way 10 min before they closed. Don’t suggest this place !!!!!"

"Don’t go here. Take the extra time and go down the street to the Chicago Heights location. Homewood is the only branch that won’t cash a payroll check if you get it a day or so before the date that is on the check. The branch manager was also rude about it both times. When I called US Bank’s customer service the young man as well as his manager said legally yes they can as long as your name is on the check and it’s not old. When I went and told the Homewood branch’s staff they’re response was “well he works in customer service so he wouldn’t know anyways”, as if it’s not customer service and they don’t work for the same company. Mind you every other US bank allows me to cash the check the day I receive it which is typically a day before. So, now I just stick to the Chicago heights branch where they are friendly and have respect."
