"The bank teller willimeana ( sorry if I misspelled it) is outstanding! Her customer service is amazing. She was sooo helpful and informative. I came In twice once on 2/5 and then 2/6 ( between the hours 12 and 1 )both times her service was top tier."

"The worst bank I have ever dealt with and that says a lot about how bad it is. Banks are not the greatest to deal with but this one has been by far the worst. The customer service is just awful and they make you feel like you should be thanking them for having the opportunity to bank with them. I have 3 commercial accounts with them and rarely use them other than online banking because of how bad the customer experience is. I now have a new commercial property in the area and this is my first time visiting them again in person and I remember why I hated going there. I'll be moving all of my commercial accounts."

"I was with tcf for 5 years and I can say that their customer service is way better. The security guard picks and chooses who to greet. There is only two people there and the lines are very long. They can barely understand your request and not the best customer service. Im giving it a one star. People closing their accounts frequently that says a lot about a bank in itself."
