"It's awesome really I work pretty closely around and with these guys, I'm sure they're upset sometimes when the line goes down or possibly when they see one of our inter-rail employees wearing a gator but this company isn't rj Corman they have safety first so we are pushing that 15mph to the limit right and the 20mph 7mph and 5 mph in the shop rows. So in my opinion we are at about 90% because there is always room to improve but being on 2nd shift we do not have the new hire people atleast not as many as we need so be happy with our performance because it's top of the line."
