Papa Johns Pizza

"They do not treat employees with respect they will leave two people at night with a huge mass in the day shift doesn't even help clean to help the 2nd shift to set up for success and well underpaid it took me off of deliveries turn the Super Bowl to help with pizzas and I lost money that day cuz I'm hired in as a delivery driver I will never work for this company again or give it a good review and I will never order food from them again"

"I had a pretty darn well experience here. I ordered a 3 cheese pizza, a sausage and pepperoni pizza, papa bites, and cheese sticks. It was all pretty good and delicious l. The only thing was their dough smelled sweet and tasted sweet. It was odd. Anyways I do recommend!"

"I worked here as a delivery driver. They charge each customer $5 for delivery charge. That money does not go to the driver, the company keeps it. They paid me $6.50 an hour in 2022. I would get frequent deliveries to Patoka and Toyota. I wouldn’t get tipped, so after gas I was making about $1.50hr. What do you think, should the company keep the $5 delivery fee, or should the driver that uses their own car, gas, maintenance, and insurance get that money?"

"Part 2. I called the order in to the local Papa Johns. They told me 20-30 minutes. I got there 25 minutes after I ordered and they told me another 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I walk out with my food. I get home and the order is wrong. I ordered a pizza, Papa bowl, and a papadia. Didn't get the pizza. I went back to the store and the lady said please don't slam the box down. I didn't slam anything down. Pizza was given to someone else and now I am waiting an additional 20 plus minutes for my order. Whoever owns the franchise good luck to you. Remember under promise and over deliver....not the other way around. Train your employees not to be rude. Not sure where to begin. Covid hits and customer service is no existent! You have to talk to someone from the Middle East to order your pizza. They get it wrong almost every time. Hey Papa John's, price gouge much???? Where are your "deals"? 14.44 for a medium cheese pizza when a 1 topping carry out was $6 a year ago. Disgusting! I cannot believe Shaq is still in business with this company. So sad to see it is happening everywhere. Just an FYI they charge $4.99 for delivery."
