"I was supposed to receive my package yesterday but the delivery person didn’t bother to knock and left a note saying he missed me and that a signature was required. So I went to their location to pick it up myself but was told that it couldn’t be released to me because my address on my ID didn’t reflect where the package was being delivered. (I recently moved and haven’t changed it yet) Which is fine, if that’s the policy then I’ll respect it. Although I had the receipt, the Amazon bill address, and the card I bought my item with which all reflected the right address. Didn’t seem to matter. I was told it would be delivered today. So I spent the day near the door waiting for it to come so I’d be ready to sign off on it. The delivery driver pulled into the parking lot of my apartment complex, sat there for a minute without even getting out of his truck, then turned around and left despite me trying to flag him down. Completely ignored me. I called customer service AGAIN just to be told he may or may not show back up to deliver it. This has been the most ridiculously unprofessional experience I’ve ever had receiving a package."
