"Delivery drivers showed up early after the receptionist specifically said they wouldnt until she confirmed it would be okay with us first. Then on the expected delivery date, they never came. I’ve called and left multiple messages and never get a call back. Extremely frustrating when you’re trying to coordinate delivery of a multi thousand dollar purchase."

"Very unprofessional! I had a shipment scheduled over a week out on a Friday from 2pm-6pm. I selected that time off their site which best fit my wife’s schedule. On the day of delivery never got a call and they showed up three ours early then came back an hour later at 1230pm and got mad because we were not home. They refused to deliver with the timeframe scheduled and would not come back when I asked. The guy was very unprofessional and the lady I emailed was as well. Now my wife has to take a day off the following week to ensure we get our package. They don’t stick with the schedule picked by the customer and only do what benefits them. If I had a choice to pick another company to deliver my item I would have. Am not happy at all with their service."

"Absolute joke. I've been waiting on a delivery 10 miles or so from their local hub. They said someone from their shipping team would be reaching out to plan the delivery, and here we are 24 hours later.. no call. Every time I call their office, it goes straight to voicemail."

"I have a replacement washer and dryer coming from whirlpool shipping from here. The first scheduled delivery I called and confirmed and they said it would be here between 2PM to 6PM. Than called again around 4PM and they said they had one more stop before my house than decided to never show up or call. Wasting 4 hours of my life. Than today they was supposed to be here for a reschedule delivery between 2PM to 6PM and I called 3 times between that time to confirm they where still coming and I got a yes every time, than at around 6:15 I got a call from the truck driver asking to confirm my address and said he was about 30 minutes away that it took him to the wrong house and than I waited another hour and tried calling back to see where he is and his phone is turned off. I’ve now wasted 6 and a half hour on this joke of a business. I just want my washer and dryer I’ve been waiting almost a month since it was supposed to be delivered. Super unprofessional and a waste of time."
