"❌❌❌❌DO NOT USE DTWINZ CARGO!❌❌❌❌ This company is the worst company for shipping/logistics. They specialise in stealing people’s items and giving flimsy excuses to justify their gross incompetence. Their company including staff and manager in Baruwa Estate, Lagos inflate the weight of what you send and steal items too. Their Indiana USA company where the owner reside are not different. They ignore chats and stop picking calls once you start asking questions. Ask around, guys! Do yourself that favour! DO NOT FALL VICTIM!! I gave them 3 chances and they messed up every single time, stole things, delayed delivery, messed up my items and were not remorseful about it. Save yourself the Headache, guys! You will regret using their service 100%. The owner residing in Indianapolis is the pioneer of their incompetence, a pathological liar, very dubious and disrespectful man, they are all involved in dishing incompetence as a service, and lack accountability from all perspectives. Ask from people around that have used their services before, and find out how much delay you will experience, and your things won’t get to you in one piece. Trust me! Whether from Nigeria to USA or from USA to Nigeria or Nigeria to Canada, they are an EXCUSE of a Shipping company!"
