"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. We used them for our move from California to Florida, I was told my stuff would be in Florida 21 days after they picked up all of my boxes. I was told this by Greg Conners who was the agent I worked with up until they picked up my items. He returned every call answered every question. The second my things were picked up, he never returned a single one of my calls. They picked up our items on October 21. When the 21 one days hit with no update on where my items were, I started calling Greg back, who never picked up or returned a single call. From there I started calling Jim who apparently is the head of transportation, he hung up on me several times when trying to find out where my items where, eventually, he finally told me the 21 days was incorrect, it was 21 BUSINESS days. Ok fine…. That shouldn’t be too many more days. Once the 21 business days came and went with again no information about where my stuff was, Jim THAN informed me my stuff would not be coming to Florida until they had a truck full of other peoples things that were going to Florida and they could not advise to me when that would be. They left me in limbo not knowing when or if I would ever see my belongings again. At this point we were already at our place in Florida with no furniture, only the clothing we packed in our cars, we had barely anything. We finally got the call mid January that they would be bringing out stuff. Gave us a date that was a week out. The movers brought all of our stuff and as they were unloading I noticed SEVERAL boxes were open that we had taped shut. When we tapped out boxes shut we didn’t put one line of tape on them, we put SEVERAL lines of tape in different directions to make sure they would stay super shut, but somehow these boxes no longer had tape and we’re missing several items inside, I tried to get ahold of Jim, who was no longer returning my calls, tried to speak to Greg, who also was no longer returning my calls. The movers they hired (they were not the same people who picked up the items) were super unprofessional, they used our bathroom and peed all over the place and just left it for us to clean up after them. They had no information about why some of my items were damaged ie the boxes and my ornaments and the nice gaping hole in the beds fabric headboard. I filed a claim with the company as several of my lounge fly backpacks were stolen, several items were damaged in the move, my mini fridge and all my make up was stolen, along with several other items. And to remind everyone, no those items were not in a box that might have gotten misplaced by the movers, these items were in boxes that showed up half full when we got them with the tape taken off , meaning someone at some point of the movers having ALL of my stuff took the tape off, rummaged through my boxes, found what they wanted and took it. I filed the claim over a year ago and sent SEVERAL follow up emails with everyone I spoke to at the company attached to the email to make sure they even received my claim and not 1 person has responded. No I’m stuck here 2 years later still trying to recoup all my missing items. Stay far away from this company"
"They don't even deserve a star and they should be behind bars!!They are liars, crooks and thieves. They quoted one price and when they showed up for moving day they doubled it. We were stuck because we had to be out of the house that day. They came with a huge van and loaded it but it was delivered in a small U-HAUL van. The boxes were basically ALL crushed and so was the furniture. Items were stolen as well. A tub of baseball jerseys as well as a bronze statue that we received from a grandfather who had passed away. Also they were late with delivery. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE AWFUL PEOPLE. Pictures attached."
"They Lost Better Business Bureau Accreditation. This an untrustworthy and manipulative company. There was always an answer - always an excuse and at the end . . . extortion. Dramatic? See pictures. Our move was in July 2021 from LA to Western NC It took nearly 6 weeks to receive our items. Then, we had to wire transfer additional thousands of dollars if ... "you want your stuff." When it was delivered - they used day laborers who showed up at the house asking us where the rental van was. And - to receive any money for lost (Several items) and destroyed items we were buried in paperwork that included gathering quotes to repair and original receipts."
"We booked the move from California to Nevada in June of 2021. We were assured that the company would take extra care of our items as if they were their own. Our items arrived damaged and we were missing over $3000 worth of clothing, kitchen items and other household goods. This company takes an extremely long time to respond to claims and they give you the run around. They also give you a quote over the phone an when the movers arrive they tell you that you have way more in cubic footage than you were quoted over the phone. I see some good reviews on here regarding the company which I think are bogus. All you have to do is go on to the BBB website to see that they are rated F and in fact have been taken off the list of BBB Accredited businesses because of all of the negative reviews they have received. Do Not book with this company if you do not want to lose family photos or if you value your personal items. They will lose and damage your items. If you still do decide to chose them, ensure that you have everything covered under your insurance in some way. They offer 0.60 cents a pound for you items if they are missing or damaged. So if they break or damage your $1000 dinning table they will pay you $60. Also once they pay you for the item, it states in the contract that they can at any time come and pick up the item for which you filed the claim. What a joke."
"This was our first professional moving experience, and I'm not sure that we'll every hire movers again. We received a quote and the movers showed up on time, but when they arrived the cost of our out of state move jumped from $5,500 to $11,590. They said we either accept the price, they can only load $5,500 worth of our stuff and leave the rest, or they can leave and void the contract. We were supposed to be in our new city in 5 days at this point so we took the price hike. They also told us that our things would arrive 10 business days after we said we'd be in our city. Once this day came and went, I started calling every other day and was told each time that our stuff would be arriving in two days. After the 4th or 5th time I was told this, I let them know that my trust in them had been breached, and could they prove to me somehow that it would actually arrive in two days time. They were rude about the answer, they at no point tried to reach out to us to let us know our things would be late. It took a total of 30 calendar days for our things to arrive. When our stuff arrived, a significant amount of our furniture was broken. Two of those pieces are 100 year old antiques, and one of those is likely unrepairable. The two movers that showed up with our stuff were nice, and apologized profusely for the state of our things, but the level of damage only added to our frustration over the delays. I wish I had looked at their policy for filing claims before we had signed on with them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE READ THESE CLOSELY. The onus is on the customer to find quotes at your own cost for repairs, two quotes for each piece of furniture is required. Only 2 photographs are to be submitted for each broken piece. Nothing is accepted digitally and must be hard copy photos. The wrapping must be kept from the move. The furniture can't be moved until the claim is resolved. They have almost a year to respond to the claim, and additional time to action the claim. You have a strict deadline to submit your claim. You must have hard copies of ALL documents AND you must have noted the damage on the forms before they leave. Let me note here that when our things showed up, we were told that we needed to sign off on the forms and make the final payment before they would unload the truck. We were okay with paying, but we refused to sign the forms (and thank goodness we did) because we would have signed them verifying that there was no damage BEFORE we saw all the damage. They had to get approval from someone higher up to unload without the signed forms. We never got the claims in, and that's on us, but our sheer frustration over this process and the fact that I have been unable to find someone that can repair one of the antiques caused our delays to run past the deadline for submission. I can't say enough how much I recommend you stay away from this company."
