"Rude agent on 2/11 at 6:54. Called me a bad customer for asking why I'm getting charged for garlic cups. Then proceed to use condescending voice and taunting me. This place needs extreme help training their agents on customer service. I feel completely disrespected after spending my hard earned money"

"I've tried numerous pizza places in the area and this location is the only location that is consistent with quality and taste. My food is always hot, and definitely looks good. Employees are nice in store, and when I do get pizza delivered, the drivers are nice as well. I've been ordering from here for a year and a half since I moved to this side of town. I couldn't tell you how many pizzas, and breadsticks I have ordered (ALOT), but they definitely earned my business. I hope the manager and current employees stay for a long time."

"We were having a pizza party and got two large pizzas. They were barely the size you buy at the grocery store in the frozen section. As far as taste goes they really weren't not that good. Definitely not worth the money."

"My sweet mother ordered me and my girlfriend a square cut pizza with extra pepperoni and some cheese sticks, we waited for over 2 HOURS for it to get there and the order was wrong! And I called back asking for a refund after being hung up on earlier and they denied several times that the order wasn’t wrong when it was. Horrible customer service I’ve ever seen at a pizza place. I’d rather eat the bottom of a trash can than eat any more pizza than this papa Johns (especially this papa johns) these clowns need to take a customer service lesson because it seems like I’m not the only person who is mistreated.
