"The owner of this company is extremely rude, and as an owner to another owner I really don’t understand how you treat customers so poorly, don’t forget customers are the reason you’re in business. This company will not deliver any more of my customer products. They are lucky I have to even give them 1 star. Driver was great their owner absolute disgusting as a person."

"We were to receive a delivery of a sofa and sectional from this company and the driver was so rude right off the batt and said he refused to drive down the alley where we get all of our deliveries (even full semis) and have for the last 4 years. We’ve never had an issue like this before. We tired meeting him halfway and asked him to park on the larger 3 lane street right by our alley and we would get a forklift to unload and he refused to even park in the large regular street and continued to say he will take it back and we will be charged and said we would need to unload everything 4 blocks away. We talked to a lady from dispatch and she was also very rude, but did at least try to talk to the driver (who refused to give us his name) and see if he would pull up on the street next to us so we could unload and he still refused and was extremely rude to our workers trying to help. I then asked the dispatcher for her mangers name and number and she refused to give that out too while being extremely short with us even when we tried to say we understand you are the middleman, but the driver is being completely unwilling. We’ve never dealt with a trucking company so rude and unprofessional."

"Don't really know how to rate a warehouse. The staff was very friendly. Lot/ docks have lots of room to maneuver a big rig and trailer. Would definitely recommend delivery and shipments. From this location in Indianapolis."
