"Awful staffing bad explanation on job description . DHL's work environment was marked by inadequate tasks, abysmal communication, and abrupt notice of no work. Management displayed apathy, ignoring employees' concerns without any effort to rectify the situation. Employees at DHL were treated as if their voices didn't matter, creating a hostile work environment with little regard for their concerns. The absence of HR, coupled with managerial incompetence, turned the work atmosphere at DHL into a chaotic situation, creating a frustrating and challenging work environment for employees."

"Told to be there at 8am. Really confusing for first time. Arrows show which side is shipping and receiving. But no sighs anywhere saying where to check in at. They only been there 3 years, think they could have figured that part out by now. Had to go to the main office and find out what to do and where to go. Took 2hrs to get everything figured out and get uploaded. Overnight parking available."

I really think that the positive comments on this company are from their employees themselves. While I was waiting to get loaded there were two trucks waiting with me that were here before me.I got loaded after almost 4 hrs and when I left this place,the other 2 trucks were still waiting..."
