"I will definitely be back to this location and will recommend to everyone I know. Wendy was such a big help with my bra fitting. She was so patient and made sure I was satisfied with all the bras I was going purchase. I even purchase more bras online after talking with her. Also, Michelle at the register was super friendly and made my day with her compliments. Highly recommend!"
"I am satisfied with my purchase- However, nobody acknowledged me at all. I waited a couple of minutes and browsed around until someone was free (someone was eventually free but still no acknowledgment). Customer service is big to me. I had to wait in line and tell the cashier I needed assistance. Not sure if they’re short staffed (which I fully understand) or just didn’t acknowledge me based on my appearance. Some stores on that side of town does have a reputation for treating some customers differently based upon appearance that me and others have experienced so I’m not entirely sure what the reason was. I may or may not go back to this location in the future."
"I’m going in really looking forward to getting fitted today after many years of not wearing a soma bra and after gaining a good amount of weight over that time as well. I know they must be short staffed because they had signs on the door of shortened hours, but I actually used to work there and it wasn’t always like this. They had one person working the front which I know is a requirement in retail, but the one person working the fitting rooms didn’t even realize I was there or forgot. I waited 25 minutes in the fitting room before having to go out myself and find someone and asked to get fit. They had forgotten about me. I ended up having to leave after that. Super disappointed, but I will try to come back again when they’re not as busy."
"Best bra fitters in town: asst mgr Karla and former employee Cheryl. I'm going to miss them both. I love Ebony for her positive attitude and always making me smile. They've sold me more lingerie in 6 weeks than should be legal! Hoping that the new mgr and employees continue the great service."
