Took extra time with us and really gave us excellent information and recommendations. She is truly amazing and I would highly recommend her for anyone who needs help sorting out feelings, thoughts and or need recommendations. I simply cannot say enough about a Charm. It’s very hard to find a caring doctor yet alone someone so easy and comfortable to talk to. And Moni the receptionist is soooooo helpful. She is very very sweet, and helpful. I am going to miss talking to her. I called her sooo many times for my friend, and each time she was as sweet as pie. Sincere thanks and appreciation from me and my friends."

"I have been calling for nearly a month to obtain an appointment for my child and have received the runaround. I was told I would be scheduled for mid-July and that never happened. I've called back several times and encountered unprofessional staff who were dismissive and unhelpful. They continued to promise me a return call and I never hear anything else. My daughter's school has called directly and still nothing. I was told I would receive a follow up email outlining next steps for the appointment and still never received anything. I would not recommend this place for your children due to their unprofessionalism. It's hard enough parenting children with special needs and to be treated discourteously by those who should be trained to support is unacceptable."
