"I ship a lot of things for my small business, and I love this UPS store. It is one of the reasons I continue to refuse to use USPS. It is truly great on all levels. The service is quick, efficient, and timely (even when you or they are not in a pinch). The employees and owner are top-notch - friendly, helpful, and overall nice people. I look forward to every time I have to drop stuff off (nearly every day!)."
"We had a 4:30 appt at the credit union in Broad Ripple to have something notarized. Since I no longer own a printer, I put in the job to have it printed online with this UPS and was told it would be ready by 6pm *last* night. We show up at the UPS in Broad Ripple at 4pm today to pick it up. We left extra time in case there was a line. The credit union is only 5 min away from the UPS. It hasn't been printed and they're unsure how to get in to print it. They say they'll figure it out and if we can't make our 4:30 appt at the credit union they can always notarize it here, they have a notary working. I'm all thinking, that's nice of them to make up for their mistake by offering to take care of it if it comes to that. They eventually have another store print it and scan it to them so they can print it. That's... complicated, but it gets the job done. It's closer to 5pm at this point. We sign and notarize and then he's all come on up to this register, there's a waiver you have to sign and we'll get you cashed out. And I'm thinking... he cannot expect me to pay him good money for this after he made me miss my appt at the credit union where they do it for free. Sure enough... he expects me to pay him $20. I just very matter of factly said, oh, I'm not paying you. We had an appt to do this for free that you made us miss because you didn't have this printed when it was supposed to be. He gave me this look like I was insane, but agreed very reluctantly. I mean... it would have been one thing if, when he mentioned they could take care of notarizing it, he'd also said it would cost me. But I literally didn't know he planned to try to charge me until after everything was already notarized. It's not like I was trying to pull one over on him. I thought he was trying to be nice and make up for their mistake! My boyfriend thought the same. We were both really impressed and about to be very loyal customers... and then he ruined it all. Lol. From now on I'll use the FedEx across the street!"
"I went to store about 10 minutes before they were to close, Tracy Price waited on me, I was having trouble finding the label needed to send document. Tracy so patiently asked if she could help me,,I gave her my phone she instantly found email with code.. Tracy scanned and printed the label, doing this with kindness and a smile. I know it was after closing hours you would have never known it with kindness. David was also very helpful and kind. Thank you both for making an unbelievable day into a It’s Ok to have a Not Okay Day. Alice, (Help with Title to GEICO)"
"I’ve been a customer to this location for over 5 years and as of lately I’ve had the worst experience with UPS. To my knowledge there is a new owner and he has raised every price 3x the price, even my mailbox which I’ve had the same box and price for years. There’s a new store manager by the name of David which I advise everyone to stay clear of. He is absolutely the rudest person I have ever encountered at this store and he definitely doesn’t represent this company well at all! It saddens me to have to leave this type of review but something must be said and/ or done. I have already contacted UPS Headquarters in Atlanta and the BBB."
"I brought my package in with a barcode on my phone - it’s usually a very efficient process, but today I was told it will be $4 fee to print the label. I said that is a terrible policy and the representative said it’s because”new owners” Then, after paying, she told me I’d need to EMAIL the label to the store. I thought after paying the stupid fee it would be a quick scan code and print label. Used to be a great place to come to ship but I’ll avoid it always now."
