"I was turned away since both my pups have car anxiety and need to take medication. Went to the same place before and also informed them they were being medicated for car anxiety had no problem. Unsure why this couldn't have been communicated via email or phone call or text. Instead I wasted an hour and 15 minutes and had to cause more anxiety to my pups on the way back due to lack of professionalism."
