"Usually very prompt service . However, I got notified of a delivery that didn't happen. Told that delivery was made at 940 am, yesterday. Never saw a UPS truck all day ."

The Lafayette UPS office DID NOT come to my door at 8:32am instead they just gave it to the Post Office here, which is fine but no need to lie about it. Crawfordsville UPS had nothing to do with this process. So I would like to apologize to the Very Hard working Men and Women of the Crawfordsville, In UPS. Thank You"

"Got a email this morning at 8:32 am that said they tried to deliver my package but was unable to because no one came to the door? You're not even open until 3pm and I did NOT hear a knock at my door this morning. I'm curious if you will show up some time today? I know you guys work very hard, but there is no need to lie."

"Glad we still have a UPS in Crawfordsville. I miss being able to go in Staples to ship my widgets. I know we have town and country to do the Ups thing, but I have a hard time catching them when they are open. By the way, who the hell set up your operating hours? 6-8 is crazy. I realize Crawfordsville is a one horse town but damn, can't you stay open for half the day or something"

"This is not a UPS retail type store but a real UPS hub. They are helpful but expect to be all ready with your shipping box when you arrive. There is a computer there for you to fill out your shipping info which creates a ticket. You take the ticket to the counter and they will weigh your package and ask for payment."
