"That's what we get when Alabaster Water has no competition. They can do what they want and we are stuck with them. Same as Alabama Power."
"What’s the point of having an online submission of getting the water opened under your name when you’re still going to come home from a family member’s funeral to the water turned off without notice? Literally ZERO point in doing the online submission."
"I swear, every other week it seems the water is cut off and they don't even inform you. They're becoming as bad as Alabama Power with how they dictate our daily life by using caveman outdated technology. This state is so backwards and broken..."
"Had auto pay then was waiting to go back to regular pay. Thought I .would be notified when that happened...but no, they just disconnected me. When I called about it, girl too scared to tell me. Got disconnected and called back. This girl argued with me. She wouldn't even listen to my explanation. Very rude"
"The employees that I’ve had to speak to have been pleasant enough. But as a company they could stand to do better. I had a water leak that went on for several months. After realizing that there was a leak, I followed the procedures to be reimbursed (with the understanding that they would only reimburse a portion for a few months - and not the whole time that there had been a leak). What was supposed to take 2-3 months took 6 months. And the reimbursement amount was laughable - not even half of a bill. I had to call them after the four month mark to see what was taking so long. They replied that they were trying to ensure that they gave me a “just amount” back as a reimbursement because the differences in the bill - leak vs. no leak - was so great. Thanks but that was a complete waste of my time and theirs."
