"While this location usually only has one or two people working, they are pretty nice and helpful. Yes, sometimes they can’t help you with the weirdly specific thing you need or they don’t have whatever forms you need on hand, but they are still pleasant to talk to and do business with. I get it, the USPS in general can be very aggravating, but the particular employees at this location always have seemed to be friendly, even when I’ve witnessed other customers losing their cool because they weren’t happy with what they were being told. I’m grateful for this location. I used to live in a huge city and the people there were always rude."

"I will not deal with the clerks at this post office. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They all act like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there. If I need to ship packages I use the self scan kiosk located in the lobby or I schedule a porch pick up just to avoid the nasty hateful attitudes of the employees. They all need to be retrained on how to deal with the public or find another job in which they don't have to deal with people."

"A whole new experience!! Not your usual, stuffy, boring, or slow post office! The best post office on the plant! The staff went WAY beyond friendly, they were dishing out stories and compliments left and right, especially the tall African American he has been working there for 35 years, (which didn't slow down the line at all, BTW) and they were SUPER helpful! The female postal worker that helped me, voluntarily offered a way to save over $3! I actually had fun, I was cracking up! Weather your visiting Kokomo or a native, go to this location (even if it is out of your way) trust me it's worth every penny of the over priced gas ⛽️ that you use!"
