"There are so many reason why I love this provider and his staff. With their flexible hours it makes it easy to see the doctor every time and use their walk in pediatric clinic if needed. Doctor is always willing to listen to the issue and make a treatment plan that we all agree on. Our child was diagnosed and got early treatment for his leukemia due to Dr. Hougendoblers expertise; many kids don’t get diagnosed right away and have delayed treatment. We will always be grateful to have him as a pediatrician!"

"Every time I need to place an appointment at this facility I am met with unprofessional conduct. I continue to stay only because we have had Hougendoubler second generation and he has treated our child since our daughter was born and we have high regards for his experience but dealing with the women in the front office is and has always been a nightmare. They are not friendly and do not hold space for patients. Today I made my daughter an appointment and it was listed for ADHD which has absolutely nothing to do with why she needs to be seen. (Very unsettling) I commented on how I didn’t think ADHD was correlated with why she needs to be seen and the staff said that it did not and was very short, rude and casual about their error. I have never left this facility feeling good or at ease. I have always felt unwelcome and judged upon arrival. I’m not sure why they hold such ridged Demeanor. The people that come to this place are in need of medical help, or have concerns for the well being of their children. A level of compassion and good bed side manners would go a long way. The level of disrespect for parents is beyond unacceptable. It’s been 8 years of feeling bullied from these medical “professionals.” After this mornings incident I have decided enough is enough and I am leaving a review because I am baffled by these women’s audacity to treat anyone like they are beneath them. Kindness is free. Do better."

"I love Dr Hougendobler and his office! When I call to schedule an appointment we usually get to see him same day! He has been wonderful providing my family with the right resources my son needs. He listens to the parents concerns and provides a thorough exam! The nursing staff is also very kind and quick to answer all my questions. I also like the fact I am included in my son's care! Easy to communicate through my chart and quick responses to answer using mychart! The last 6 months my son has seen many doctors for a variety of things and I can honestly say DR H is my favorite!"

"Honestly, I have never been to a doctor who needs to retire more than he does. Literally any visit I had, I had second opinions on. And all of his "diagnosis" were not what the end result ended up being. Nurses there make me feel like I am not being a good parent. I even get a second opinion, if that tells you anything. Please, find someone else to look at your children."

"Such a great doctor! We have lived in 3 different towns and Dr. Hougendobler is by far the best doctor my little ones have had. We recently moved 2 hours away but still make the 2 hour drive for doctor visits because there is no one I'd rather trust my kids with than him!"
