"This was truly one of the best, fastest and friendliest lab test place I went to have done, and I've had plenty labs done. Not one rude person. Walk in, front desk, Mckenzie was super bubbly and smiling. Then, Leah in registration was super fast and nice and smiley. Lab tech who drew my blood, Luba, was very fast, friendly and acted like she truly cared. Thank you!!"

"Don't go here if you have insurance. They won't even file it (and I have a large, national provider). They'll demand your insurance card the minute you walk in (they don't care if you're dying and won't ask you what is wrong until you hand it over), take it, make a copy then just ...forget about it. You'll have to file yourself. Then they will demand money before the insurer has a chance to decide what they are paying and threaten you. It might be OK if you are uninsured but I don't know. If you have an HSA account, don't go here. Even if it's a large company, go somewhere else. They cannot figure out how to accept online payments. They only accept faxes for payment? NO ONE SENDS PAYMENTS through fax machines. EVER. They are not even aware that no one uses fax machines anymore. It's like the land that time and brains forgot. Go somewhere else if you value your sanity. The only hospital in the history of the US that refuses payment. The employees in the billing dept hang up on you and are the rudest people ever. Just. Don't. Go. Here"

"I came here to get My first HSG ever at this location radiology. The person who did my procedure was Dr Bajaw! He was soooooo excellent he talked through the whole process he was just really great made me feel so comfortable & he explained my results at the ending soooo well . The lady that was in there who held my hand and also talked to me through it X-RAY TECH TINA. She was absolutely fantastic. Sweet kind understanding. I had two good people in the room that made me feel better about rather the results was good or bad . Thank you again TINA! Moral of the story , don’t believe every review you read on the internet, this place is awesome ! Well at-least for me .. haha"

"Was in ER on late Thursday night early Friday morning from Warsaw parkview. I was suffering from nasia and very bad case of diarrhea. I couldn't control my Bowles. I also am a chronic pain patient for over 20 years. I have NEVER been to a hospital that the staff is so under trained and the doctor who NEVER came in to see me while I was there. He wouldn't even help me keep my pain level undercontrol. I suffered there for 9 hours. The beds are so hard and uncomfortable. I finally signed myself out and called a friend to come get me . Even tho the transford me a hour from my home they were not under any obligation to get me home. PRISION has to have better system. I'm glad I ahold enough to be able to leave. I just want people to know. There is so much more to this story trust me."
