"I have been banking with Home bank for like 2 1/2 years. Went to pay bills and my card kept declining , so I went to the mobile app and it said CLOSED!!!! They closed my account with no warning what so ever. So I called to find out the reason as to why, she said that 3 letters were mailed out as to why the account was closed, mine you I have the post office app as well to see what is being delivered. Not once did I ever receive any letters from them. I also asked her were is my direct deposit than she said (like no big deal) we sent that back to your payroll department and it will take 5-7 business days!!! I just think a courtesy call would have been nice!!! Beware ✌️"

"Typical scheming and lying bank. They hide behind "fewer fees than big banks" but they will seize your funds and hold them hostage without notice (presumably to inflate their collected interest on held funds). Their customer service is basically a Karen saying "I don't know what to tell you" and "it's your fault for not giving us more money, " rolling her eyes at you. Their ATM runs on Windows 98 and crashes constantly, often trapping your card! Also their mobile app has MASSIVE security issues and makes you VERY vulnerable to hackers and scammers. Don't trust Home Bank!"

"Recently switched to Home Bank from Chase, where I'd banked since high school, because I wanted to bank local. Very happy! Home Bank has a great mobile app! Staff at Greenwood location is always friendly and helpful. Also refinanced my mortgage with them because they keep it and don't sell it off. Plus I love what they do for the community and their philanthropic philosophy! Very happy!"

"I have built several relationships with several banks throughout my life. At least 5. Out of all of them. Home bank really opened my eyes on what a bank should be. They simply care about your finances from what I have experienced. CJ who I will say is wonderful. Her and her team have always treated me with dignity and respect. I mean The algorithm on my numbers are spot on. The app I’m able to move and control so much at my fingertips at any time. Crystal at the main office who sometimes I’m transferred to and email. Has always been able to explain my financial situation and guide me when needed. Also I would like to note that the first time I walked into the branch. My first thought was this bank is for individuals who have a lot of money. They will never let me bank here. Nope. !!! I was wrong. They gave me a personal and business account with a $150 deposit if I remember correctly. With a great standing ice cooler that zips up for parties. It has been in my family room for 5 years. It holds 36 bottled waters to grab for my teenagers we all enjoy. They have protected my personal and business account with my best interest which is simply above and beyond unlike the others."
