"I do not recommend this company. They are rude to my parents all the time. As soon as you don’t owe that much money, they don’t wanna work with you on being late or anything and they have never change the due date for her since the day she got her vehicle. Do not go here."

"They gave me a chance when I had terrible credit and even if I was a couple days late making the payment they would call around day 7 or so to make sure I didn't forget to make my payment which is standard. I was never harassed or anything and the customer service was decent until I had to contact them to get them to mail me my title after I had paid it off the month prior. Other than that they are a pretty decent company."
