"Lousy, first second and and third try impression as potential new customer. First after referral for Route 66 I called. The person I talked to was not personable on the phone and acted like I was interrupting her day. She was very abrupt. I was directed to the website for membership qualifications. It does not work. Membership tab will not do a thing.....couple weeks. I talk to referral source , who makes several personal calls. The manager can't be bothered to return calls or texts. Not only not return in an acceptable prompt business manor, but not at all for days. Today, I stopped by the building. One customer at counter continuing to just visit. I stood there several minutes. No greeting, no interaction whatsoever. One at window, one employee on the phone behind counter. One enters room from just being my right. She walks past me across room to go behind the counter. She never spoke, never asked if she could help me. I left. I work 2 jobs and have an elderly family member to assist. Lousy service, attitudes, and rude."
