"At the start of the quarantine when we were notified about the availability of Payroll Protection SBA loans, we filled out an application with our bank, Chase, with whom we have had a business and personal account for 15 years. They sat on the application and notified us 10 days later that they would not be able to process our application in time for us to get the loan. A friend told us about Bob Hickman at CFB of Indiana.
