"My husband and I did a personal loan 2 years ago, it's paid off now. We went to them to do the same loan. I won't name the loan officer, but she tried to control what we spent it on. Because we didn't want to include what she wanted, she wouldn't give us the loan. It was her way or no way. To me, you either do the loan or you don't, but how do you think it's okay to tell your costumers how to spend their money? We've banked with them for over a decade, after this situation, we want nothing to do with them and will take our business elsewhere."

"The people are very nice and easy to get along with. The kasasa cash back is difficult to get lately because of "upgrades". My coworkers got paid Thursday because of the holiday but my check is pending until Monday. This pending is very normal for this bank however credit karma does not pend, gets there earlier and they have a drawing that gives back everything you spend on a transaction. The other day I spent 60 on gas and got it all back through their drawings."

"We used FBCU for 25 plus years, moved out of state in 2019, they never completed our close out of our account, Never an issue in those years as a customer. Came back in Oct,2022 paid for a fee that should have NOT ever been due to their error..we stupidity opened new accounts (as stated before, never an issue there). Went today to open an account at a different credit union, what a shock to find out they (FBCU) NEVER finished their part of the paperwork of this past issue was Not FINISHED,it made us out to be deadbeats and not handling our finances, so we couldn't open new accouts there. NOBODY HAS THAT RIGHT TO MESS WITH YOU NOT BEING ABLE YO OPEN ACCOUNTS AT OTHER CREDIT UNIONS!!We were embarrassed and unable to open a new account due to this, and i knew the person at the other credit union. And w 2nd issue tried multi times with multiple people to get my Debit card to work, 6 different times going in for multi people to "fix it" today I made 3 trips going inside to get the Debit card working...the ladies are very kind and try to HELP NOBODY KNOWS THEIR RIGHT HAND FROM THEIR LEFT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.. AGAIN THE LADIES ARE KIND AND TRY TO HELP, JUST NOT THEIR FAULT FOR NOT BEING THROUGHLY TRAINED OR ABLE TO PASS ALONG CORRECTLY THE INFORMATION OR PERSONS ABLE TO HELP. BEEN INSIDE 12, YES 12 TIMES TRYING TO GET SAME ISSUES FIXED..TODAY WAS MY LAST DAY !! I would have never wrote a negative comment about the Debit card issue, but the humiliation and embarrassing issue at another credit union put me over the edge! We have worked hard for good credit, this made us look very bad."
