"The office is awful to get a hold of. Saturday couldn’t get a call back. They also scheduled my babies appointments without even checking to see if I could make the appointments after the first visit. Waited over a hour to see the nurse practioner on the first visits and waited over 40 minutes in the room not including the waiting room time to see Dr Puffer. Monday called at 810am was on hold for 40 minutes and still on hold as I’m tying this. Due to im a foster parent I can’t have access to baby’s chart for online scheduling purposes. Dr puffer is great. Im a foster mom and usually use Our Community doctor offices but due to last minute placement the hospital wanted me to book thru IU. Dr puffer listens and is amazing. As long as you aren’t on a busy schedule this office is a right fit for you."
