"New Girl Kayla is awesome she made me a pizza and it was amazing i mean look at it!"
"Fast, clean and a super friendly manager at 6 a.m.! Foamy cappuccino, too."
"Elliot came out and asked me to leave at 9:49pm telling me customers were complaining because I was sitting there for so long. I was having car problems and had been waiting for someone to come follow me home. I was there from 7pm to 8:45 after purchasing food and drinks twice and also purchasing cigarettes. Two of us made 4 trips into the store to purchase items and 1 trip to use the restroom. I then attempted to drive home and left for 40 minutes and had returned to the gas station to wait for my friend to get there to safely make the drive home. I have purchased over $300 in gas in the last 5 days including a gas purchase this morning. I also purchased pizza this morning. What I’m getting at is I stop at this location daily and sometimes multiple times a day and spend money every time. I am confused as why picnic tables are on site and why drink refills are discounted encouraging patrons to sit and return IF employees are going to make claims of fellow patrons complaining about someone setting in their car or at a picnic table not bothering anyone. I can see if I was bothering people. We didn’t talk to anyone or approach anyone. We watched as a oil puddle caused a woman to fall very hard in the middle of the parking lot and that trash was over flowing and not attended to. Elliot demanded we leave and stated “everything was on camera.” He said “ I can just call the police and everything is on camera!” Good pull the cameras and tell me why we were so bothersome. He wasn’t closed yet and he was not telling the truth about patrons complaining. He would not state what the complaints were, when asked. Why would anyone be bothered by someone sitting in their car? When I went in to purchase cigarettes, Elliot was inappropriately talking to another employee about a personal situation that involved him pulling a gun on someone when he was with his kid’s mom. He never stopped telling the story he just looked at me and I asked for my cigarettes and he gave me my total. I was trained in the service industry to not talk about personal matters in front of customers. Being asked to leave for complaints but not what they were about and to be told everything is on camera is very rude it implies I was doing something inappropriate when nothing occurred besides someone setting there with car problems. I will not be returning to this establishment in the future. I will be taking my money and spending it elsewhere and that’s the beauty of a free market in a capitalistic society. I just wanted to bring it to someone’s attention, Elliot cost your establishment future revenue."
"As the spouse of an employee I am aware of the 10 cents off/ gallon when purchasing a 50 dollar gift card. This is the second time I have purchased a gift card for fuel. From the same employee. This time I didn't even receive my perks points."
"This store is not what it used to be when Joe ran the store. I usually stop and pick up something on the way to work. The breakfast pizza is a hit or miss. Some days it is cooked to perfection! Other days it it burnt and chewy. The breakfast burritos are terrible, stay away from them. The fountain drinks aren't always on point either. Some times the mix is spot on but other days, like today my Diet Pepsi was awful. Another issue is being checked out in a timely manner. Many, many times on a busy morning when there are several people in line we have had to wait for someone to come up and check us out. This should not be happening. There should not be a line all the way to the door in the morning when people are in a hurry to get to work. Also, when you have a line and there are 2 people on shift, BOTH of you should be at a register checking people out. Not one taking care of the whole line, while the other is wandering around the store. Customer service should be your priority, not stocking or paperwork. Schedule more people for the shift if they are other duties that need done while you have a line all the way to the exit door. I have had to walk back to the manager's office and asked to be checked out. They need to do a better job at providing better customer service and better food."
