"The clinical staff was amazing , and they made sure that my LO was completely comfortable. I didn’t expect to be there as long as we were so I asked the front office if it was possible to have paper work faxed to us . The young girl at the front desk check out huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes since I suppose I was bothering her by asking for help . Then when we walked away to speak to the doctor and nurse we could hear the young girls in the front office laughing and mocking me. I understand that everyone is short staffed , but this was our first time at this office and the front office just ruined it . I hate that my baby has to come for asthma care , and they made it even worse ."
