"The clinical staff was amazing , and they made sure that my LO was completely comfortable. I didn’t expect to be there as long as we were so I asked the front office if it was possible to have paper work faxed to us . The young girl at the front desk check out huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes since I suppose I was bothering her by asking for help . Then when we walked away to speak to the doctor and nurse we could hear the young girls in the front office laughing and mocking me. Luckily the doctor and clinical staff was able to step In and offer a virtual appointment which they quickly followed up with . I understand that everyone is short staffed , but this was our first time at this office and the front office just ruined it . I hate that my baby has to come for asthma care , and they made it even worse ."
