"I dropped off a ball gowns and they quoted me $40. Then they called me the next day and came back and said it'll be $165 or more. I showed them the dress and they gave me a quote. They do not hold true to their word, and I will NOT be returning. Horrible customer service! Not good management AT ALL!"
