"Our apartment was flooded with sewage water, we were told they would do other apartments before pursuing bto give us time to remove our stuff, we just called asking if it was safe for us to go in and grab our stuff and was notified our apartment is empty and all of our stuff was thrown out. They didn't give us the option to grab anything or to pay them to clean it and we've lost about $3500 worth of stuff that could've been cleaned. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with what's happened and I have no idea how wete going to replace the things they decided to throw out."
