"I stopped in yesterday 9/23 @ 10 am. I walked in and a few ladies were in a group by the teller. I asked about opening an account and the teller said the lady right there scanning her receipts can help me. I didn't get the bank associate name Justine/Christine something like that. Immediately her face changed and she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. She had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude. We sat down and I had questions about the account and she was very short and snippy with the worst attitude. I wasn't about to be treated like that and husband and I walked out. We were trying to switch banks and now I will stay with the bank I have. I'm sorry but I get way better professionalism and great customer service at my current bank. If she doesn't like her job she should definitely find one that doesn't include weekends or having to interact with people period. I obviously would give a zero star if possible."

"Terrible customer service Took 5 days to contact me back after they sent my auto loan title to the wrong address and then Justine Robinson proceeded to give me attitude because I answered a question from my mother as I was on the phone with her, “are you speaking to me or what?” With an attitude. Never herd somebody so rude, not sure what’s going on over there but need to learn how to treat customers."

This branch is exceptional and the other bankers have been excellent also. I wanted to recommend this particular branch, and compliment Mr. Gallardo."
