"This place is VERY unreliable. A ride has canceled, not one, not two, not 3 times, but 4. You can literally be standing outside, in the rain, waiting & they will LIE and say they’re there, but never show up. They’ll tell you a “new girl” keeps “accidentally” canceling rides……the manager has rescheduled me NUMEROUS times and still no show. I pray to GOD you get closed down and go out of business & he brings a REAL company for the students to town. Utterly ridiculous. And the staff act as if “I’m sorry” is enough. They go through NO lengths to assist with issues. I keep phone receipts, records & timing, so they can’t lie about anything I’ve stated."

"As you can see. Van go is not even a business building they are not accurate. I called to get picked up and they never show up. I have to constantly remind them if they are coming. The guy always told us we have to make an appointment. They don't do direct pick up."
