"Y'all should be shut down. The worst trash collection service i have ever seen, having lived in several different cities with different services. Pathetic, sorry excuse. I would sooner haul my own if i were able. Expensive AND unreliable."

"I canceled my service today I have been with Republic for several years I had one trash container and one recycling container my bill was $114 every 3 months and then it jumped to $145 every 3 months. My parents also canceled their service they have one trash container and their bill is currently higher than mine at $154 I personally know somebody that has a trash container and recycling container and they pay $78 every 3 months why are some people paying more and some people are paying less"

"I received a container on 9/21. It is currently 10/12 and I have yet to have my trash picked up. I call and they assure me it will be picked in the next 2 days but never is. I filed 4 missed pickups on the website and those do nothing. Now I’m being told they only service my area on Mondays and I have to wait until 10/16 for someone to pickup my trash. So apparently I don’t get all the services listed when I purchased the service. And they think giving me a $35 credit while my trash sits out for nearly a month is an acceptable remedy. If you don’t live in a large town I don’t recommend using this company. Your business and customer satisfaction means nothing to them. So they contacted my local service for me. Who told them my trash got picked up today and everything is fine now. The only problem is my trash has not been picked up! What a joke this company is. Thank you for taking $50 from me and providing me with absolutely zero service what so ever."

"No complaints with the drivers or trash removal. We’ve been loyal customers for 12 plus years and they keep increasing their fees. The day I canceled the service I was told we didn’t owe anything plus they tried to offer same rate as the new place. Then I get a bill from them for $18.04. I have spoken with several representatives who claim someone will call me back about it but they still have not. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We are getting same service for half the price."
