"Absolute worst experience. Filing BBB complaint. My sprinkler system installed by them has been riddled with problems and the treatment I had from the staff was worse. Do not use them for anything! 1. 8 sprinkler heads buried deep under the sod I had to dig up. 2. Electrical wiring atrocious. Zones not working, wires spliced for no reason and didn't even match colors. No connectors used. Plagued with electrical grounds. 3. Installed 16 heads for one zone. Heads dont pop due to inadequate pressure. 4. Piping was just 2 inches at most deep, should be at least 6 inches. Tried to file warranty claims for some of these issues that came ip early only to be met with contempt and resentment. Always came out unannounced. Worst experience I ever had with any business period."
