"I have not gotten my lawn mower fixed as of yet, but if what I experienced yesterday is any indication of what is to come YEEHA! I called and Mrs Campbell answered. She was so friendly. I explained that I knew NOTHING about Theodore. The directions she gave were spot on. Not only were her instructions perfect, she was. .She was friendly and very conversational—we discovered we both have a love of purple hull peas. She shared a wealth of knowledge in the short time I was there. I felt valued as a customer. I can’t live Mr. Campbell out. He is not a man of many words, but he is warm and informative. Mr Campbell gave me a “fun fact” that was free but valuable. He said, “If you are going to cut wet grass, clean under your mower. This will rust and ruin your machine quicker than anything.” The best part is he showed me what he saw. Let me say it was worth the drive to 5119 Gunn. "He does great work at a great rate. I've taken my riding mower to him 4 times total over the span of about 8-9 yrs. and I've never left disappointed. Took my mower to him today because it wouldn't start. He attempted to turn it over and instantly knew what was wrong. I had put a battery in backwards (positive on negative, negative on positive). He went into his shop and got a couple of wrenches and reverse what I had done. I tried saving myself some money by doing the work myself. Replaced the battery, then the starter, then the spark plug and it still didn't work. He spent 3 minutes on it and cranked it right up. I should have taken my mower to him at the 1st sign of trouble. Would have saved myself time, money and some aggreviation. I won't take my lawncare equipment to anyone else, but him."
