"Wanted to open a savings account. When in yesterday the lady at the counter was very rude. I'm not pleasant at all. She said I would have to wait for all the people that were standing behind me to do other transactions and then she could help me. There were ten people behind me wasn't gonna wait that long. They lost getting my account. Went to u s federal credit union the next day piece of cake. Very friendly and helpful. Apparently they wanted my business and regional didnt"

"My husband and I went in to refinance our car and spoke with Jordan ,at first it seemed great and we even got the rate and payment were could work with. Weeks passed ,many phone calls ,voice mails and emails were sent and nothing. These people are a joke. Don't waste your time. They don't respond or answer the phone. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional."

"Went to pull out cash to buy a private owned vehicle. Regional didn't have the cash on hand to give to me they said. A week later when I received the money the truck was sold. Maybe it was something to do with these banks collapsing??? I will never do business with this bank again. Fair warning to everyone!!!"
