"You can change your brand as much as you want, still won’t change the fact that TCU/ Everwise is by far the worst place my husband has ever had to deal with. As soon as rates drop we will be moving BOTH of our loans to a different bank. The representatives are the most rude people we’ve ever had to deal with, please do yourself a favor and RUN away from having to do any business with them."

"I used to Like the TCU a lot. The fees are too high and I have lost interest in the credit union. I have switched to Chime bank and my Amex Prepaid card, Wow the savings are huge. The service of the credit union were slow and outdated. I just feel I got let down."
"I have been with them for 15+ years. Always great customer service. They are always friendly, and treat you with respect. Great rates on loans and credit cards. They could use a branch or 2 in Hobart/Merrillville area. That's my only complaint, having to drive so far to get to a branch. Online banking is great. Love this Credit Union."
