"I’ve had a previous loan through one main financial. Recently applied for another loan, required documentation were submitted and I was informed I would be contacted. I’ve called two days in a row and nobody has returned my call. They ran my credit and I have the inquiry as proof but can’t call back to let me know my options. Not pleased with their service."

"First of all, you need to understand they are not a bank; they're a finance company. Don't go in thinking you're going to get a loan at a bank's interest rate. That is NOT how finance companies work. Once you start with that understanding, your expectations of what to expect will change as well. Yes they will offer all of these other add on options to your loan in order to make an extra few bucks here and there but you just say "No thank you" to those things. These folks are SUPER EASY TO WORK WITH when trying to apply for a loan, and IF YOU KNOW OR SUSPECT YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE ON YOUR PAYMENT, LET THEM KNOW IN ADVANCE. They will work with you on that. You just have to give them a heads up."
